Alvin Lee is an engineer, an inventor and a facilitator. He has worked across leadership consultancy, learning experiences and social enterprise.
He is interested in what people can do with the resources, skills and ideas already around them. A tool, a hobby or a place can be the beginning of something shared.
BMWK brings that way of thinking into a new company. It is about Alvin’s wider purpose, with room for different activities and different people.

An idea becomes an invention
Alvin developed a sandcastle construction system with his family. When local distributors did not take it on, he found a partner in the United States. BeachWorks became an early expression of his engineering curiosity.
Beginning again, with people
A business setback led to a new chapter. Beautiful Minds and Castle Beach brought leadership learning and community participation into the work. Castles Can Fly grew as a way to learn through shared activity.
