A curious mind.
A life of making
things happen.
Alvin is an engineer, inventor and facilitator. He brings people together through shared interests, practical learning and adventure. BMWK carries that spirit into Kepri.

The person behind the possibilities
He sees an idea.
Then asks who
could be part of it.
A family activity became an invention. A business setback opened a new path into leadership learning. Art and shared hobbies bring another way to connect people.
Alvin keeps looking for those connections. His story includes invention, consultancy, facilitation and community work. Sandcastles are one expression of that curiosity.
With BMWK, the horizon is wider: people learning, creating, exploring and finding a place together.

The Kepri chapter
A vision for
living, learning
and connection.
BMWK stands for Beautiful Minds Works Kepri. Bintan and Batam are the starting points for Alvin’s next chapter.
His ideas reach from active seniors and hobby exchanges to outdoor adventures, treehouse living and a village for digital nomads. They share a wish: to bring people into a fuller, more connected life.
These are directions he is developing with future partners.

is a starting point.
For Alvin, the possibility is in what people discover together. Sand, art, the outdoors and shared hobbies each open a different door.
